ProContinum Estate and Trust Planning Services was established in 2002 by our founder Graham J. Slattery. As a career Banker with thirty years experience, the final ten as an Executive with a major Trust Company, he recognized the need for truly independent Estate and Trust Planning and support.
The Company has alliances with over two hundred professionals; Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Funeral Directors, Investment Managers, Insurance Specialists and sundry other advisers. The major difference at ProContinum is our unique position as truly independent.
We will make recommendations where necessary and point you in the right direction if you ask, we are responsible and report to no organization. We accept no finder's fees or commissions, our advice and support comes with no strings attached, and our unbiased opinions are guaranteed. We encourage the use of professionals, we are not in competition, in fact quite the reverse. An informed public will use their services and products more extensively, hence our large base of associates. We will provide support when required and requested: Executor and Trustee Assistance, Mediation, Forensic Accounting when locating assets etc.
You might ask how we survive financially in a sales vacuum and the answer is service. We charge a flat rate consultation fee based upon time spent rather than complexity, if we can't help you we do not charge. If we are working for you in some form of Agency capacity our fee is set at the out-set and documented, no last minute surprises.
